Our history
She Power Adventures was founded by three passionate Basotho women who shared a vision of showcasing the natural beauty of Lesotho through unique outdoor experiences. The company was established with the goal of creating comfortable and well-organized camping adventures that allow people to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort.
In its early stages, the company focused on developing luxury camping solutions and building a strong foundation in the tourism and outdoor adventure space. One of the company’s first major experiences was participating in the Qiloane Glampsite cultural event, where She Power Adventures provided camping accommodation for guests, including members of Jeep Legends visiting from South Africa. This event marked an important milestone in establishing the company’s presence in the outdoor events and tourism sector.
In 2024, She Power Adventures expanded its reach by partnering with several notable cultural and tourism events across Lesotho. These collaborations helped strengthen the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality camping experiences.
During this year, the company proudly supported the historic Moshoeshoe Walk, a 116km heritage journey from Menkhoaneng to Thaba-Bosiu celebrating the legacy of King Moshoeshoe I. She Power Adventures provided camping accommodation for participants, allowing them to rest comfortably after long days of walking.
The company also collaborated with the Gin and Trout Festival, offering luxury camping services to festival attendees who wanted a comfortable and convenient place to stay during the event.
In addition, She Power Adventures began hosting family camping events, creating outdoor experiences designed to bring families together through nature walks, storytelling, and fun camping activities for both parents and children.
By 2025, She Power Adventures continued to grow as a recognized camping and glamping service provider in Lesotho. The company expanded its services to include specialized camping experiences for various occasions such as birthdays, graduations, romantic getaways, and corporate retreats.
She Power Adventures also strengthened partnerships with local businesses and event organizers, including collaborations with Lecholi Pty Ltd, helping deliver memorable outdoor experiences during events such as the Lecholi Meat Festival.
